The Service Box documentation application permits the identification of a vehicle by the VIN or VIS and consultation of all of the replacement parts documentation. It also offers a repairer the option of ordering parts on line directly from his distributor.

It is also possible to consult the after sales type documents, create or update customer files and communicate with a DMS (having developed the LASERV4 interface) in order to price or transfer the parts or labour of a file.

The objective of these applications is to gradually replace the existing tools such as LASER and INFOTEC. They will also permit more rapid access to documents "updated in real time" by means of use of the Internet.
