Operation Instructions:

 

Step 1: The main test cable is connected to the host, and the other end is connected to the "Bosch urea pump test line", and the Bosch nozzle connector is connected to the urea nozzle.

 

Step 2: Click on urea pump detection and select "urea pump detection".

 

Step 3: Select the dedicated wiring harness for the urea pump, connect the urea pump to be tested, and select the corresponding 24V/12V urea pump. (Take the 24V Bosch 2.2 urea pump as an example).

 

Note: 

 

Please confirm that the urea pump power supply is 24V/12V. The wrong selection will damage the urea pump.

 

1. Automatic Detection

1). Select "Automatic Detection" and click the "Confirm" button to enter the automatic detection.

 

2). The machine will automatically detect the urea pump. If the urea pump has a fault, the machine will prompt the fault point during the test. If there is no fault, the machine will prompt the end of the test and the urea pump is not damaged.

 

2. Boost Pressure Test

1). Select "Pressure Build Test", click the "Confirm" button to enter the test, and the screen will show that the pressure is being built.

 

2). If the urea pump is faulty, the machine will prompt the fault point during the test, and the machine without fault will prompt that the pressure test is successful.

 

3. Injection Test

1). Select "Injection Test" and click the "Confirm" button to enter the test. The urea pump will automatically enter the injection mode after the pressure is automatically built. The injection frequency and number of times can be adjusted at the bottom left of the machine.

 

2). How to adjust the nozzle duty cycle and injection number:

Press the host: "Left" and "Right" keys to move the cursor to the icon, and click Confirm to adjust.

 

3). If the urea pump is faulty, the machine will prompt the fault point during the test, and the machine without fault will prompt that the injection test is successful.

 

4. Emptying Test

1). Select "Emptying Test" and click the "Confirm" button to enter the test.

2). If the urea pump is faulty, the machine will prompt the fault point during the test, and the machine without fault will prompt "Emptying Test Completed".
